Ventanilla Unica is a huge and significant accomplishment, which was only possible through political will and commitment to improving the foreign trade; this success was possible due to the determined effort of nine different federal government institutions:

Although there are many approaches to establishing a Ventanilla Unica, Mexican Government has opted for an Automated Transactions System, through which traders can submit electronic trade declarations to the various authorities to be processed and approved in a single application.

This application will be supported by various services and components that provide all the required capabilities for users of this solution, reducing costs, a facility in the importation, exportation and transit and also give to the authorities an efficient tool for the fulfillment of their duties.
