Certificado fitosanitario para exportación

The people who be interested to export vegetables, its products and sub products, as well as other goods regulated or equipment, that involve a phytosanitary risk, must be request at the Secretaria the International phytosanitary certificate in the terms established in the Article 27 of the Ley Federal de Sanidad Vegetal, prior compliance of the Mexican official rules and the current legislation of the country that import the good.
The international phytosanitary certificate is a document requested by the importers countries to ensure the products that entering represented an acceptable phytosanitary risk, according with the established in the national regulation and complying of the phytosanitary requirements. Failing this certificate, not be allow the entering of goods regulated in phytosanitary way.
